The Spring Gardens
Here at The Spring Gardens, we aim to run a great pub, with a great atmosphere, fantastic food and drink!
We offer an extensive beer garden, fresh home cooked food, with events and functions catered for.
The Spring Gardens pub is set in 4.2 acres of land which encompasses a bowling green, a huge beer garden, car park and woodland.

An Iconic Local Building
We are proud to take the iconic building forward and write another chapter in its history, showcasing the pub's past, present and future. Eventually, we would like to reinstate the petting zoo within the grounds and have plans to grow our own fruit and veg to supplement the kitchen.

Marquee and Indoor Room Hire for your events and celebrations
We are situated on Compstall Road at the top of the road from Marple Bridge Centre towards Compstall, a brisk twenty minute walk from Marple Train Station. Alternatively you can jump on the 383 & 384 bus, which goes right past our front door, or if you’re coming by car, we have a large car park to the rear of the pub.
Situated close by are Brabyns Park and Etherow Country Park for those who like a nice afternoon stroll.
